If you have items that you wish to promote more than others, you can easily do so with "featured" items.  Items you designate as "featured" can be randomly displayed throughout your store, and are given an additional page of their own to help promote sales. Once your customer finds an item to buy, they can easily add it to their shopping cart, and soon you'll be receiving their order.  Shopwiz includes an advanced shopping cart and check out system, with many customizable options.  Your customers are even able to track the status of their order.
